Guess who was on Zac Posen’s catwalk at Nw York Fashion Week? The supermodel Naomi Campbell among others like Isabeli Fontana, Lindsey Wixson and Coco Rocha. Chic ladies, come forward, please, this collection is for you and all the dream girls.
Zac Posen Spring/Summer 2013 collection showed at New York Fashion Week is a very feminine and lady like collection with breathtaking gowns. For a moment, I actually had no words. Now they are back, let’s talk about this beautiful collection.
Over the knees dresses and skirts, beautifully cut blazers matched a few skirts creating a very chic look in colors like red and it’s shades. There were simple and fluid dresses but also more constructed dresses, when this “casual” part of the show ended, say hello to Hollywood stars and red carpets.
Incredible long gowns in red, nude, green, blue, chic prints and lighter colors like cream. A strapless water-green gown on model Alana Zimmer and the beautiful, amazing, breathtaking strapless cream dress on Coco Rocha just stop the fashionistas’ breath. What else could a star want for a red carpet look?

Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2013 at NYFW

It was quite a patriotic and american collection for Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2013 Collection this season on New York Fashion Week. The american’s flag colors were the main colors for his collection. Inspirations from the american fashion heritage and the nautical universe, without the references being too obvious on this summer collection.
This collection had vertical stripes on oversized blazers and trousers, which was very Tommy Hilfiger, horizontal stripes for tops and dresses, it was a place where the nautical reference was very visible. Talking about horizontal stripes, that is where the black and white outfits trend was incorporated to this collection. Being a Spring/Summer 2013 collection, it is impossible to avoid this trend and another trend: the full white outfit, which was also on Tommy Hilfiger’s collection.
Well cut garments, the striped blue,red and white dresses are so beautiful and great for a spring/summer afternoon, looks so cozy and preppy. While the white dress with details in navy and gold yellow are incredible chic for a casual day. When in a fun mood, the blazer and trousers in striped print made of little red and blue balls are the right outfit for your mood.
